Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

Orders will ship 1-3 business days from the order date.

Allow 6-8 weeks for Custom or Special Orders.

If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date.

We use 2 methods of shipping: United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS)

Packages 2 Lbs. and under will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (Continental U.S.)

Packages 2 Lbs. and over will ship UPS Ground Service. (Continental U.S.)

Orders shipped outside the Continental U.S. will ship USPS Priority International Mail. International orders are subject to all customs, duties and/or taxes of the final destination's laws. Under no condition will Carroll Shelby Racing falsify invoices or any other official documentation to aid in avoiding these fees.

We will send emails to alert you of shipping dates, and tracking numbers as soon as they become available.

As of Jan 1, 2024, all international orders must submit proof of identity. 

As of Jan 1, 2024, if an order is flagged as fraudulent, we may ask for a government ID to prove the person's identity matches the order.

Return Policy:

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. 
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition. 
All returns require prior authorization. 
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Restocking Fees:
Unopened / unused items:
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Opened items (including opened packaging or handled apparel):
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking fees cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used/installed items
  • Display items
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Installed, worn, or used items
  • Electrical or vehicle-specific parts once opened
  • Shipping Costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If an item is defective or damaged, please email us at: info@carrollshelbyracing.com and we will replace it at no charge whatsoever.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and be sure to include photos of the item and packaging. 

Refund Policy:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Gift Cards:

Gift Cards may not be returned, except to be used in the Carroll Shelby Racing Store. Gift Cards may not be sold or traded, and will not be honored for purchases except by the recipient. Any funds for a returned item(s) will be placed back on the same gift card that the item was originally purchased on.

Custom & Special Orders:

If we made a error in your order, we will fix the problem as quickly as possible at no charge whatsoever to you. If an error was made by you on a custom or special order, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. Please insure your order is correct to avoid any issues.

Missing Parts, or Items:

Some orders will be shipped in multiple packages if you ordered multiple items. If you are missing parts, recheck the box. Sometimes they get loose, and will hide under shipping paper, or packaging material.

Damaged Shipped Items:

Should you receive a shipment that is damaged, notify us at info@carrollshelbyracing.com Please attach photos, and leave the package in the condition you received it. Do not throw away the box or any packaging material. This will help with the claim process if the damage occurred during shipping. We will insure a new item is sent as soon as possible.
