Carroll Shelby Racing is excited to announce the pre-order for the Shelby 1000 Full Carbon Fiber Hood.

Our goal with this project is to recreate the iconic Shelby 1000 hood as closely as possible to the original design while producing it in full carbon fiber using modern manufacturing methods.

HOOD SPECIFICATIONS

Each Shelby 1000 hood will feature:

• Full carbon fiber construction
• Built-in integrated vent — no separate vent purchase required
• Design modeled after the original Shelby 1000 hood
• Vacuum-infused carbon fiber construction
• 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth
• Gloss carbon fiber finish
• Individually serialized — every hood will receive its own unique serial number
• Letter of Authenticity included with every hood

The hood will be manufactured by Anderson Composites, a trusted manufacturer specializing in carbon-fiber automotive components.

30 PRE-ORDERS REQUIRED

A minimum of 30 paid pre-orders is required for this project to move forward.

We will keep everyone updated throughout the pre-order period and let customers know where we stand toward reaching the required 30 orders.

The manufacturing timeline will not begin when you place your individual pre-order.

Production officially begins once:

1. The minimum of 30 paid pre-orders has been reached; and

2. Anderson Composites has received the original Shelby 1000 hood required to begin the tooling and manufacturing process.

PRE-ORDER PRICING — LOCK IN YOUR PRICE

Customers who participate in the initial pre-order will receive the special pre-order price.

Once the required 30 pre-orders have been reached and the hood enters production, the price of the hood will increase.

The initial pre-order price is available specifically to customers who help make this project possible by committing before production begins.

If additional hoods are made available for purchase after the project enters production, they will be sold at the higher regular-production price.

Placing your order during the initial pre-order period locks in the pre-order price for your hood.

PAYMENT & NO-REFUND POLICY

Your initial pre-order payment is for the hood only. Shipping is NOT included in the pre-order price.

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, WITH ONE EXCEPTION:

If Carroll Shelby Racing does not reach the minimum requirement of 30 paid pre-orders and the project does not move forward, customers who placed a pre-order will receive a full refund of their hood purchase price.

Once the minimum of 30 paid pre-orders has been reached and the project moves forward, there will be no refunds or cancellations of pre-order purchases.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your order is for a specially produced, serialized carbon-fiber component and that funds will be committed toward tooling, manufacturing, and production once the minimum order requirement has been reached.

Changing your mind, selling your vehicle, delays in your vehicle build, or other personal circumstances will not qualify the order for a refund once the project has moved into production.

SHIPPING IS CHARGED SEPARATELY

Shipping is NOT included in the pre-order price and will NOT be charged when you place your pre-order.

Approximately 30 days before your individual hood is expected to be ready for shipment, Carroll Shelby Racing will contact you with your applicable shipping/freight cost and instructions for payment.

All shipping charges must be paid in full before your hood will be released for shipment.

Because a hood is a large automotive body component requiring specialized packaging and transportation, shipping costs can vary depending on destination, carrier rates, residential or commercial delivery, and additional freight services.

For this reason, the exact shipping cost cannot be guaranteed at the time of pre-order.

The customer is responsible for all applicable shipping and freight charges.

ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIMELINE — APPROXIMATELY 7 MONTHS

Once the required 30 paid pre-orders have been reached and Anderson Composites receives the original hood, the manufacturing process will begin.

From that point, the estimated timeline is approximately 7 months before completed hoods begin shipping.

Please understand that this is an estimated manufacturing timeline and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Creating a new full-carbon reproduction requires tooling, mold development, production, finishing, quality control, packaging, and freight preparation. Manufacturing circumstances outside of Carroll Shelby Racing's control may affect the final completion date.

Customers will receive updates throughout the project as major production milestones are reached.

EACH HOOD WILL BE INDIVIDUALLY SERIALIZED

Each Shelby 1000 Full Carbon Fiber Hood produced through this project will receive its own individual serial number and will include a Letter of Authenticity documenting the hood.

IMPORTANT PRE-ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• A minimum of 30 paid pre-orders is required for production to begin.
• The initial pre-order provides customers with a special pre-production price.
• Once the 30-order minimum is reached and production begins, the price of the hood will increase.
• Your pre-order locks in the initial pre-order price for your hood.
• Your pre-order payment covers the hood only.
• Shipping is additional and will be charged separately.
• Shipping payment will be requested approximately 30 days before your hood is expected to ship.
• Your hood will not ship until the applicable shipping charges have been paid in full.
• The estimated production timeline is approximately 7 months after the minimum order requirement is reached and Anderson Composites receives the original hood.
• Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the 30-order minimum has been reached and the project moves forward.
• The only refund exception is if the required minimum of 30 paid pre-orders is not reached and the project does not proceed. In that situation, the customer's hood purchase price will be refunded.
